Laura has a background as an elementary school teacher, mother to neurodivergent children, and school-based therapist that has given her valuable insight into the challenges children, teens, adults, and parents face—particularly when navigating issues that impact functioning at home, school, and the workplace. She has extensive experience supporting clients with ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Drawing from years of experience of evidence-based and interdisciplinary approaches, she is able to create a safe, supportive space for self-expression and healing while building secure, trusting relationships. She values the authenticity and unique perspective that each of her clients bring to therapy, and she finds joy in the play, silliness, and meaningful connection that often emerge in her sessions.

In addition to her work with youth, Laura is passionate about supporting adults through the complex realities of parenthood and the pressures of balancing multiple roles. She is committed to walking alongside both men and women as they navigate parenting, life transitions, divorce, depression, anxiety, or their own ADHD. Her goal is to meet clients where they are and support them as they grow into the next best version of themselves.

Laura holds a B.A. in Human Development from Cal State San Bernardino, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and an M.A. in Education from Azusa Pacific University. She also earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Laura is currently a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#136058) under the supervision of Eric T. Weaver, LMFT (#46968)
