We offer both in-person sessions in Glendora, CA, and secure online therapy for clients throughout California. You can choose the format that works best for your life and comfort level.

Our office is located in Glendora, California. We also provide telehealth services to clients anywhere within the state of California.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is a chance for us to talk about what you're looking for, answer any initial questions, and help determine if we're a good fit.
How long is each session?
Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. In some cases (such as EMDR or couples therapy), longer sessions may be available upon request.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which provide the consistency needed to build momentum and create change. The frequency can be adjusted over time based on your goals and progress.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes, we offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. Please inquire during your consultation to see if one is available.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Everything you share in therapy is kept confidential and protected by law. The only exceptions involve safety concerns — such as risk of harm to yourself or others — in which case we are legally required to take appropriate action. We will always discuss these limits with you if they arise.
