Erika approaches her time with clients with genuine enthusiasm that is deeply rooted in peace, warmth, and the unwavering belief in your goodness and strengths.  It is from this foundation that she holds space for teens and adults as issues of grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, cancer treatment, identity formation, women's issues, and spirituality are navigated.  Erika is a trained EMDR therapist, and draws from years of experience utilizing evidenced-based approaches to create a tailored path for your healing and growth.

Erika is open minded and affirming of all.  Her clients often describe their sessions as a space where genuine connection thrives, allowing for both profound work and shared moments of levity amidst the challenges.

Erika earned her Master's of Education in Community Agency Counseling from George Mason University, and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#146706).
