Grace has a passion for working with all diverse populations to explore the beauty and struggle of how identity formation impacts one’s self concept and relationships. She enjoys working with teens, adults in all life stages, and moms. Grace also has expertise in working with young adults, mental health and medical professionals in training, and those serving in ministry. 

Grace has over 25 years of clinical experience, and specializes in treating concerns such as: anxiety, depression, relational conflict, trauma, spirituality, perfectionism/burnout, grief, identity development, body image, chronic pain, and work/life balance. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including, Time Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy and Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to align with her client’s individual needs and strengths. Grace affirms that everyone has a unique narrative that holds significant value. She identifies how painful experiences have an impact on present behavior and works collaboratively with clients to gain momentum that leads to empowerment and healing.  

Grace is the Training Director and a Staff Psychologist at Azusa Pacific University's Counseling Center, overseeing the supervision and training of doctoral level practicum students. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary and is a licensed psychologist in the state of California (#18558).
